All wines are offered subject to availability and price change. The orders have to be confirmed in writing by Bauhkong International Company until the stock lasts.

Prices - minimum order
Bauhkong International Company reserves the right to apply price changes at all times and to correct possible HK$ in the quotes. In the case where a price change relates to an order or orders placed by you, you shall be entitled to cancellation without charge.
Availability
All offers by Bauhkong International Company are non-binding and made with the reservation of availability of the product. When a product is unexpectedly no longer in stock, we will inform you and if possible offer you an alternative. This notification is generally given by e-mail. All the wines are stored in our overseas cellars and therefore immediately available, except for futures.
Packing
The wines are sold in the indicated packaging.
Payment
We need full payment in order to make progress of the order.
General
Wines remain the property of Bauhkong International Company until payment has been received in full, even if the goods have been resold to a third party.
